3. Payment of Practical Board Examination fee and suppliers must be done on June 14, 2024, as well. All transactions will be on a cash basis only.
a. Registration and payment booth for exam fee may be found at the ramp/driveway right outside the building of UPCD
b. Payment for the suppliers shall be done after registration, in a booth located inside the college, right in front of the library
Note: Please make sure to bring your Notice of Admission (NOA) and valid ID with photo at all times.
4. To optimize space, and ingress of people going into the college, parking will not be allowed within the premises of UPCD. The administration suggests that examinees be dropped off or park in an alternate location within the vicinity of the venue.
5. Registration during the examination days, June 15 - 18, 2024 will start at 6 AM. We strongly suggest that you come early to avoid delays during the registration. Materials and bags will be checked at the registration area for any prohibited materials. The list of items will be posted along with this announcement. Any prohibited materials found in the belongings of examinees will be confiscated.
6. Only assigned examinees will be allowed to enter the college. Companions of examinees (except for PWDs, senior citizen and pregnant women) are requested to wait outside the college premises to avoid crowding.
7. Minimum health protocols will be observed in the college. Masks (three-ply surgical mask or N95 mask) should be worn at all times.
8. Examinees must avoid loitering inside the college premises. Examinees are prohibited from going beyond the marked examination areas as well as from interacting with other students.
9. As advised by the suppliers, examinees must provide their own boxes for the RPD Exam. Suppliers will only provide boxes for the CD Exam.
10. Examinees are required to bring mats, manila paper and masking tapes to line their working areas during their exams.
11. If you are assigned to the Operative Dentistry Clinic, kindly bring your own 3-way disposable syringe tip and headlamp.
