UPCD Now Accepting Applications for the SY 2020 Post Graduate Program in Orthodontics

ANNOUNCEMENT | Application to the 2 year U.P.  Post Graduate Program in Orthodontics is now open!

APPLICATION DEADLINE | November 2019 for school year 2020 (Start of classes June 2020)

Admission Requirements:

1. Duly accomplished Application Form (available at the Graduate Office or download UP-NGOHS Form A-1 at  http://ngohs.upm.edu.ph/download/
2. Original copy of the official Transcript of Records
3. Two (2) recommendations from former professors, supervisors or employers (forms are included with the Application Form packet)
4. Receipt of processing fee paid at the U.P. Manila Cashier’s Office
5. Certificate of true copy of college diploma with the seal of the university and the signature of the registrar in ink
6. Four (4) passport-size photos
7. Essay on an 8-1/2” x 11” sheet of paper describing your motivation for pursuing graduate study and your view of self-directed learning as a method of instruction, and a description of your research interest
8. Dental Board Scores
9. Academic Class Standing or Rank
