ANNOUNCEMENT FOR TAKERS OF THE LICENSURE EXAMINATION FOR DENTISTS (PRACTICAL PHASE) JANUARY 2024
1. There will be an online orientation for examinees assigned in UPCD on December 28, 2023. It is mandatory to join the meeting so they can familiarize themselves with the rooms and facilities. The Zoom details are as follows:

2. Ocular visits will only be allowed on January 2, 2024. The assigned time slots for visit are shown as an example on the table below. The individual names of examinees with their corresponding time slot may also be found on the document posted along with this announcement. The examinees must strictly follow their assigned time slots. You will not be entertained in other time slots.

3. Payment of Practical Board Examination fee must be done on January 2, 2024, as well. Registration and payment area will be at the ramp/driveway area of UPCD on said date. All transactions will be on a cash basis only. Please present your Notice of Admission (NOA) before payment. Upon payment,
room and seat assignment will be released.
4. Payment for the suppliers will also be on January 2, 2024. There will be a corresponding payment area inside the college.
5. To optimize space, and ingress of people going into the college, parking will not be allowed within the premises of UPCD. The administration suggests that examinees be dropped off or park in an alternate location within the vicinity of the venue.
6. Registration on January 4-7, 2024 will start at 6 AM. We strongly suggest that you come early to avoid delays during the registration. Materials and bags will be checked at the registration area for any prohibited materials. The list of items will be posted along with this announcement. Any prohibited
materials found in the belongings of examiners will be confiscated.
7. On exam days, please present the following at the registration area:
a. NOA and OR from PRCb. Acknowledgement receipt from UP College of Dentistryc. Receipt from the supplierd. Identification Card with photo
8. Only assigned examinees will be allowed to enter the college. Companions of examinees are requested to wait outside the college premises to avoid crowding.
9. Minimum health protocols will be observed in the college. Masks (three-ply surgical mask;KN95; KN94; N95 mask) should be worn at all times.
10. Examinees must avoid loitering inside the college premises. January 4-5 are regular school days in the college. Therefore, examinees are prohibited from going beyond the marked examination areas as well as from interacting with the students.
11. As advised by the suppliers, examinees must provide their own boxes for the RPD Exam. Suppliers will only provide boxes for the CD Exam.
